I loved Tom he treated me and my girls like family I have memories of watching movies together,he would love to cook and he would invite us over at times and share.Tom loved to show me all the things he made like sew indian headdress,indian decorations and he loved to paint pictures for himself and others.He always said he would paint one for me because he knew how much I loved them.Tom also liked making cowboy things he was very talented,he told me he got very lonely at the house so he would keep busy with all his hobbys.Oh and his dog he loved her so much he would carry her around like a baby.He also was very proud odf being a policeman and the service he would come over with his hat on and it had different medals from the war.I will always hold Tom close to my heart.Iam happy that he is in heaven with his wife who he loved and missed very much.R.I.P. I handle rental property and few times had to go threw courts
he remember me every time.who you got got in here today he would say.
he was a very kind man and wonderful spirt to him a friend he made
to many.when i didnt see him any more i figure he had retired
but i missed him and his kind words and smile.

My Uncle Tom was the best Uncle ever! I loved him so much! He lived around the corner from my house and used to ride his scooter over and plug it in the garage to recharge. He was so silly sometimes. He never acted like an 81 year old man. He would joke around and make me laugh. I Love you and miss you! Please rest in peace Uncle Tom!! Love always, Linda

I've known Tom for about 50 years. We worked together on the St. Charles Police Department. When we moved to California, we stayed in contact and always went to see him when we went back to Missouri. When we were on the police department, we had contests to see which one of us was the best sharp shooter and worked out together. We had lots of muscles but he was always the winner. I've known Tom for about 50 years. We worked together on the St. Charles Police Department. When we moved to California, we stayed in contact and always went to see him when we went back to Missouri. When we were on the police department, we had contests to see which one of us was the best sharp shooter and worked out together. We had lots of muscles but he was always the winner. I shall really miss him. He was a great-great friend, same as a brother. I was glad I called him and we talked just a few days befoe he died.

Tom was a lot of fun I enjoyed everytime I was able to talk with him at my Brother in laws house. He lived next door to Tom for a long time. He will be missed. Thank you Tom for just being you. And to his family we are sorry for your loss. He is with God now because he was a good man.

Tom was a great guy, always enjoyed the time talking with him at the court house. RIP Buddy.

He was a very intelligent man who could fix almost anything(once he showed me how he made white pistol grips out of an old toilet seat!) Tom was a great neighbor, looked out for all of us kids living around the 4th & Perry neighborhood.. Tom was a Marine, a fire fighter, a police officer and a deputy sheriff, he loved it all. It was always great to see him at the sheriff's department when he and I worked for them some of the same years.. He would always tell everyone that I was one of his neighbor kids and a friend of his daughter. If

He would always tell everyone that I was one of his neighbor kids and a friend of his daughter. If he cared about you, he was proud of you and he let everyone know it. My last visit with him was at Judge William Lohmar's retirement party. It was awesome to see how many people knew Tom and took the time to visit with him . One of the things I will always remember is the talent he had at making leather purses, wallets, belts... he was an artist as well as an emergency responder! I was fortunate to know him since school days when Connie and I became friends.

You will be sadly missed. Tom, you were a great neighbor.
