Dames, Thomas G. (Tommy) , of Troy, Missouri, died on Saturday, August 4, 2012 at the age of 70. He was the loving husband of Mary Ann Dames (nee Barteau); preceded in death by his parents Glennon and Thelma Dames, and his sister Nancy Dames; devoted father of John (Audrey) Dames and Karen (Mark) Sanders; cherished grandfather of Ryan Thomas Dames; dear brother of Janet Meyerhoff; He was also a beloved uncle, cousin and friend to many. He was retired from 513 Operating Engineers and was also a farmer.
Memorials may be made to Muscular Dystrophy Association, St. Jude's Children's Hospital or Juvenile Diabetes.
