Cowart, Shirley (NEE: Burgess), of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Sunday, February 3, 2013 at the age of 84. Loving wife of Herbert H. Cowart; beloved daughter of the late Charles and Catherine Burgess; devoted mother of Donna (Michael) McNiff; mother-in-law of David Disbrow; adoring grandmother of Michael McNiff Jr., Matt (Courtney) McNiff, Laura (Craig) Hartman, Scott (Jennifer) Disbrow, and Jeff (Amanda) Disbrow; cherished great-grandmother of Kayla, Sydney, Addison, Leah, Scott, Justin, Brianna, Camryn, Madeline, Olivia, Will, Peyton, Isaac, and Luke; dear aunt of Kathleen Wrobleski; great-aunt Jennifer (James) Heineman. She is preceded in death by her daughter Janet Disbrow and sister Gloria French. Memorials may be made American Diabetes Association.
