Pallardy, Joyce Elaine, of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Sunday, January 27, 2013 at the age of 69. Loving wife of Joseph Pallardy; beloved daughter of the late Robert and Lillian Stivison; devoted mother of Michelle Pallardy and Joe (Joanna) Pallardy; cherished grandmother of Alexander Pallardy; dear sister of Gary Stivison, Ronald Stivison, and Dale Stivison.
