Elizabeth "Bette" Pulliam, of St. Charles, MO, formerly of Quincy, IL, died on Tuesday, February 5, 2013 at the age of 88. Loving wife of Jesse Pulliam; dear daughter of the late Archie and Wilameana Williams; devoted mother of Lydia Brown and Linda Endsley; cherished grandmother of Steven (Christy) Brown, Dean (Lori) Brown, Julie Brown, Sterling (Lisa) Endsley, and Tia Odeen; great-grandmother of Ian, Harrison and Greysen Brown, Amanda and Tre Odeen; dear sister of Pat Pattara and Rebecca Nelson. She is preceded in death by five brothers, two sisters, her sons-in-laws Richard Brown and Sterling Endsley, and her grandson-in-law John Odeen.
