Noah, Betty Jean (nee: Cox), of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Monday, December 3, 2012 peacefully at St. Joseph Hospital at the age of 84. Betty resided at Lake St. Charles after moving from her home in 2010 and, most recently, was a resident of Mt. Carmel in St. Charles. She was the loving wife of the late Fred F. Noah; beloved daughter of the late Silas Reid and Marnie Cox; devoted mother of Rhonda (Duane) Parkinson of St. Charles and Philip (Sharon) Noah of Springfield, MO; adored grandmother of State Representative Mark (Brigit) Parkinson of St. Charles, MO and Dr. Jay Parkinson of Brooklyn, NY, Travis (Tammie) Fishel, and Tyler (Kristina) Fishel; honored great-grandmother of Dalton, Kaitlyn, Gavin, Maycee, and Cassie; dear sister of Paul Duane (Barbara) Cox of Atlanta, GA; valued sister-in-law of Elroy Kunze of St. Charles. She is preceded in death by her sister, Virginia Kunze. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First Family Fund of St. Charles First Assembly of God. These contributions will be used strictly for helping families in need within the church, following an interview with the pastor.
