Allie J. Chandler, of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at the age of 88. Loving wife of the late Richard T. Chandler; dear daughter of the late Albert D. and Mamie L. DeRoy; devoted mother of Glennon (Patricia) Hunn, Sharon (Peter) Balsavias, Vicki (Roger) Crump, and Richard (Karen) Chandler; cherished grandmother of Scott (Brenda) Stewart, Mark (Julie) Couch, Julia (Joseph) Jeziorski, Jennifer (Caleb) Weand, Nicole Crump, and Blake Ramey; dear step grandmother of Jennifer (Chad) Hull, Peter (Amy) Balsavias, and Cory (Chad) Derusseau; loving great-grandmother of Shelby Stewart, JD Jeziorski, and Samuel Augustus "Gus" Couch; treasured step great-grandmother of Callista Hull, Campbell Hull, Ashley Balsavias, Jackson Balsavias, Aidan Balsavias, Connor Derusseau, and Chloe Derusseau. She is preceded in death by her brother Floyd D. DeRoy, sister Velma V. Stack, and great-grandchild Georgia Grace Couch.

In her spare time, Allie loved to cook, garden, fish and root for the St. Louis Cardinals. Nevertheless her greatest joy in life was her family.
