Memories & Candles
My family will miss Ken. Working with Ken for a few years in PSR allowed me to see another side of him. He was witty, smiling, and always gave great support or wisdom within discussions. He was kind and VERY intelligent.
His life was devoted to his wife, children and family, but mostly to God. He is missed.

My deepest regrets to the Beach family. Ken was such a pleasant and warm man. I enjoyed working with him during my time in St. Louis. Prayers have been sent for comfort for the entire family.

A true gentleman in every sense of the word...I am honored to have known him and called him a friend. We all shared so many great times at races, bikerides and club gatherings...it just won't be the same without him.

I was saddened to hear this news from my parents, longtime across-the-street neighbors to Ken when he was growing up across the street in Mount Prospect. I clearly remember babysitting for him and his brothers many years ago ( I think it was just Kenny, Denny, Benny in my babysitting days). Such a wonderful family! I am not surprised to read about the abundant life Ken lived - as well as the tributes to his character. Such a gift - and how great a loss! Blessings on the Beach family as you mourn, remember, and celebrate.

Ken was a class act person, co-worker and boss. Always quick with a smile and nicety or quick to share a running experience; it was always a pleasure to encounter him at work. On a personal note, we will never forget his thoughtfulness we experienced during a loss we experienced of our own. It is obvious that he was much-loved outside of work as well in his family, community and faith. It seems the world could use more of the type of person Ken was. We are truly saddened to have to say goodbye so soon. He will be missed.

No matter what Ken was doing, running, biking, working in they yard, etc, he always took the time to wave or say hi as we passed your house. We are so saddened at the loss of our long time friend and neighbor and will miss all those friendly waves. Gina, Laura and Christina, we will continue to hold you and your family in thoughts and prayers through this incredibly difficult time and in the days, weeks and months that lay ahead.

I have known and worked with Ken for nearly 14 years at IT and then Shaw. He was always a great guy to work with over the years. His low key attitude and easy going nature made working for and around him very enjoyable. His tireless support and efforts as my direct supervisor and as the Lenexa, Kansas office's Technical Services Lead was always appreciated by all. Ken will be truly missed by everyone that he worked with here in the Lenexa, KS office.

My daughter Sydnie was a PSR student of Mr. Beach's last year. He was a great teacher and very dedicated. I still remember him talking about the Boston Marathon and having completed it.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. May God wrap his loving arms around you and bring you comfort.
All our love,

We are so sorry to hear of Ken's passing. He was such a warm and compassionate person. Even though we only had the pleasure of getting together in person for approximately a year while we resided in O'Fallon, those times we spent playing games, sharing our faith and having times of fellowship will always bring a smile to our face.

Ken will be missed in so many ways. Our family will miss looking out our back windows and seeing him working so hard to take such beautiful care of the yard. He was always willing to share a wave and a smile or stop and chat with us over the fence. We also admired his dedication and love for biking and running. His passion for both of those things was an inspiration to all of us. Our prayers are with

Ken was a great man and my favorite boss. I enjoyed being his Assistant at The Shaw Group for five years. Ken taught me a great deal and he always encouraged me to grow and develop professionally. I thought the world of him and he will be missed very much. I know this is a difficult time for the family, however, if it is any consolation, Ken was very much admired and respected by everyone in the workplace.

I have always been amazed at all of the many talents that Mr. Beach possessed! Those crazy engineers and their physics... :) His motivation to succeed in his love for running is equally as impressive. I am proud to have known such an accomplished man. I will be thinking of him before my medical school entrance exam! This one is for you, Mr. Beach!
I have loved getting to know all of the ways he was similar to my best
