My family will miss Ken. Working with Ken for a few years in PSR allowed me to see another side of him. He was witty, smiling, and always gave great support or wisdom within discussions. He was kind and VERY intelligent.

His life was devoted to his wife, children and family, but mostly to God. He is missed.

My deepest regrets to the Beach family. Ken was such a pleasant and warm man. I enjoyed working with him during my time in St. Louis. Prayers have been sent for comfort for the entire family.

We were saddened to read the Sunday Herald Obituaries to see that Ken, was included. We offer our prayers, concern and warm wishes to all of you at this dificult time.
May God comfort you and give you peace.
Many happy memories of having your family living across the street from us.

A true gentleman in every sense of the word...I am honored to have known him and called him a friend. We all shared so many great times at races, bikerides and club gatherings...it just won't be the same without him.

I was saddened to hear this news from my parents, longtime across-the-street neighbors to Ken when he was growing up across the street in Mount Prospect. I clearly remember babysitting for him and his brothers many years ago ( I think it was just Kenny, Denny, Benny in my babysitting days). Such a wonderful family! I am not surprised to read about the abundant life Ken lived - as well as the tributes to his character. Such a gift - and how great a loss! Blessings on the Beach family as you mourn, remember, and celebrate.

Ken was a class act person, co-worker and boss. Always quick with a smile and nicety or quick to share a running experience; it was always a pleasure to encounter him at work. On a personal note, we will never forget his thoughtfulness we experienced during a loss we experienced of our own. It is obvious that he was much-loved outside of work as well in his family, community and faith. It seems the world could use more of the type of person Ken was. We are truly saddened to have to say goodbye so soon. He will be missed.

No matter what Ken was doing, running, biking, working in they yard, etc, he always took the time to wave or say hi as we passed your house. We are so saddened at the loss of our long time friend and neighbor and will miss all those friendly waves. Gina, Laura and Christina, we will continue to hold you and your family in thoughts and prayers through this incredibly difficult time and in the days, weeks and months that lay ahead.
