To the best Aunt in the World you will be extremely missed. I have so many wonderful memories of our time shared together in this world. Even though my heart is broken in a zillion pieces right now I know the day will come when we will meet again in heaven. I couldn't type I love you enough to show how much you mean to me. So I won't say goodbye but see you later in that home that awaits us in that big beautiful sky.

Rita helped me with several things when I was in the Genetics Department and she always did it willingly and with a smile. She also was truly interested in me as a person and we shared many stories and had a lot of laughs. I will miss her.

Rita,

You ARE an inspiration to me. You ARE a great example of a strong, loving woman, mother and wife. Thank you for accepting me and my family into your family so graciously. You will be forever missed and loved.

Rita was a good friend with whom I shared many memorable times at WashU. When she joined the Dept of Genetics, I was one of the professors she was assigned to help. While completing projects we always found things to laugh about that made my life much more enjoyable. One of the more daunting tasks of Rita's was teaching me how to use a computer when PCs first came out. It was great fun!

For her many years of loyal friendship and professional help, I will always remember Rita fondly. My very best to her family.
