I only met Floyd a couple times when he was looking for the Fults cemetery with Nancy. I use to get some of his mail at Mc Donnell's every now and then. Seemed to be a very nice man. sorry to hear of his passing.

I knew Floyd for about one hour. I was chatting with his daughter Nancy one day and she mentioned her dad worked on the Mercury and Gemini projects. My mind instantly raced back to an eight year old boy wearing a cowboy hat, holding a cap gun and being mesmerized by a small black and white television showing the launch of the first American in space. Those were the days, “The Lone Ranger”, “Howdy Doody” and “The Mickey Mouse Club”

Carol and Nancy,
I was so saddned to hear of Floyd's passing from Nancy today. I have very fond memories of him as a very kind, gentle and happy man with a good sense of humor! Floyd and Carol were our best of friends--we shared so many laughs and good times around a table playing games! He was always there for us, helped us with so many projects; there couldn't have been a kinder, more gentle and loving person. He had an infectuous laugh, a warm smile and a big heart. We miss him greatly.

Floyd, Dad as I have always know him, will be missed by so many. I have many fond memories of playing very competitive family board games (social security) for hours. Fond memories of Floyd (Dad), his dad- Grandpa Floyd, Dan Fults and Andrew Fults in Fults' Illinois, taking pictures next to the town sign and hearing stories of Fults' ancestory. Also a family trip to Washington DC and seeing Floyd (Dad's) face as we toured the Science and Space Museum
