We met Curt last February when we started helping out my grandparents with the City Club Tavern. He was so much fun to be around. He had an unforgettable smile and one of the best laughs we have ever heard. He was one of the best customers the City Club ever had and meant a lot to many that have been coming there for years. We wish he had not left so soon, he made great conversation. We are better for knowing him even though briefly and know that he will be missed by many.

Curt was one of the best barbeque chefs ever! He just took so darn long, making sure the meat was just right and practically fell off the bones. He was always so proud and we were always so grateful. He and Ruby were a big part of many holidays for me. May God bless his soul. My condolances to Ruby and his entire family.
